The special investment fund Mandatum AM Finland Properties II has secured fourth place in the business spaces category of the annual tenant satisfaction survey conducted by KTI Finland. Mandatum also performed above the average in the categories of offices spaces and production facilities.
The satisfaction of tenants within Mandatum’s properties is highlighted in this year’s tenant satisfaction survey conducted by KTI Finland. The survey, which saw participation of 23 landlords, assessed tenants’ satisfaction regarding premises, rental relationships and maintenance services.
According to the study, tenants expressed satisfaction with Mandatum’s rental relationships, earning it a rating of 4.11 out of 5. Specifically in the category business spaces, Mandatum achieved a rating of 4.18, ranking as the fourth highest among all landlords included in the study. Tenants of Mandatum’s properties especially appreciated the landlord’s professionalism and expertise, accessibility of the landlord’s designated contact person and the clarity of lease terms.

Mandatum considers several different aspects related to sustainability in the properties of the special investment fund, such as energy efficiency, greenhouse gas emissions, water conservation, waste management and recycling as well as the social dimensions associated with properties. Conducted annually, the tenant satisfaction survey aims to understand tenant satisfaction, fostering collaborative result reviews. Simultaneously, future development initiatives derived from the results are presented to tenants for the upcoming months. Local area managers and selected external partners ensure smooth collaboration with tenants and enable a prompt response to any potential disruptions.
The special investment fund Mandatum AM Finland Properties II invests in domestic real estate in Finland’s largest growth centers, mainly outside the capital region. The majority of the properties are commercial properties, i.e. office and retail premises, but the fund also owns mixed-use and warehouse properties.
