Mandatum Life ("Mandatum") has signed an agreement with the Norwegian Public Property Invest ASA ("PPI") for the sale of a care property located in Haaga, Finland.
The transaction will be completed in autumn 2026 upon the completion of the renovation of the property, which previously functioned as an office building. The project is designed to meet high environmental standards and aims for BREEAM Excellent certification. The long-term main tenant of the property will be Validia Oy, a provider of supportive services for disabled individuals.
